Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy extends for a duration of 7 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, beyond this period, we cannot accommodate refunds or exchanges.

In the event of damaged or broken items upon delivery, we will promptly issue a replacement or refund. Additionally, if you opt for route package protection, lost items are also covered.

Return Processing Time:

Returns typically require 2-3 weeks for reception and processing. Should you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.

For items exceeding $500 in value, it is imperative to inspect them for damages upon receipt. Failure to do so will exempt from liability for damages. If you observe damage upon receipt and have not purchased Route Package Protection, you must file a claim and furnish us with the claim number.

Upon receipt of your return, we will proceed with the refund, replacement, or issuance of a gift certificate, depending on your preferred method of refund.

Please note:

Returns not received by our return center within 15 days of creating the return label will automatically close in our system. Kindly contact us at if your return has not been shipped or processed by the return center within this timeframe.

If you decide to return an item due to a change of interest, please note that a 30% restocking fee may apply, along with any incurred shipment fees from the original delivery.


Refunds are exclusively processed to the original payment method of the purchaser or as a gift certificate.

Refunded amounts may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your payment account.

Email gift certificates are typically delivered within 48 hours to your inbox, while post mail gift certificates generally arrive within 2-6 business days.

Refunds solely cover the returned items and do not include shipping costs.

Ineligible Returns:

We regret to inform you that all Custom/Handmade/Dropship/Elderly/Health Care/Bed and Bath (including mattresses, towels, sheets, and pillowcases) orders are final upon submission, with no exceptions.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are also ineligible for return.

Return refunds can be issued back to the original PayPal transaction within 30 days of purchase. Transactions exceeding 12 months will be refunded via check to the purchaser.

If the original payment card is no longer valid, a check will be issued to the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that we suspect to be fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive. No returns will be granted in such cases.
